About Me

I'm a dynamic and charismatic broadcast meteorologist delivering accurate and engaging weather forecasts to television audiences for nearly 25 years.  I began my career as the first meteorologist intern at WKYC in Cleveland, Ohio and worked my way around the newsroom obtaining various broadcasting skills while finishing my degree in Meteorology.  I've been forecasting and analyzing complex weather data and conveying this information in a clear and concise manner in Michigan television markets, such as Traverse City, Grand Rapids and Detroit.  I earned the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval for my strong on-air presence with excellent communication and extensive knowledge of meteorological principles.  I've been an active member of the AMS for over 20 years.
